临床护理路径在内镜下肠息肉切除术中的初步使用和价值分析

Preliminary Use and Value Analysis of Clinical Nursing Path in Endoscopic Polypectomy

目的探讨临床护理路径在内镜下肠息肉切除术中的价值。方法收集我院接受内镜手术的肠息肉患者,分为:研究组(接受临床护理路径)和对照组(接受传统护理)。分析两组患者对护士的护理满意度;两组患者对于护理流程的掌握程度。分析两组患者对护士的护理满意度;两组患者对于护理流程的掌握程度;两组患者护理前后手术相关不良情绪评分。结果在进行两组患者对于内镜手术护士的满意度时发现,研究组患者对于内镜手术护士的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);在两组患者护理流程掌握程度的比较上,发现研究组掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05);在进行两组手术相关情绪的对比中,两组护理前不良情绪评分无明显差异,可能患者对手术存在恐惧,担忧情绪相关,随后研究组通过临床护理路径后,该组不良情绪评分低于对照组,二组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径用于内镜下肠息肉切除术中,可以提高患者对于护理流程的掌握程度,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway in endoscopic polypectomy.Methods Collect the patients with intestinal polyps who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital,and divide them into two groups:study group(receiving clinical nursing pathway)and control group(receiving traditional nursing).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients to nurses,the mastery of nursing process of the two groups of patients,and the operation-related negative emotional scores of the two groups before and after nursing were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the mastery of nursing process in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in the scores of surgical-related negative emotions before nursing,but the scores of surgical-related negative emotions in the study group improved significantly after nursing,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway used in endoscopic polypectomy can improve patients’mastery of nursing process and nursing satisfaction.
