68例老年性白内障应用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗效果分析

Analysis of 68 Cases of Senile Cataract Treated by Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation

目的探究老年性白内障应用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的136例老年性白内障患者按照不同治疗方法分成对照组(予以小切口白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术)、实验组(予以超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术),68例/组。比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,术后1d及术后1个月时实验组视力0.5以上者占比均更高,并发症发生率更低,P<0.05,比较存在差异。术后6个月时,与对照组相比,实验组生活质量评分更高,P<0.05,比较存在差异。结论将超声乳化与人工晶体植入术联合治疗应用于老年性白内障治疗中效果确切,利于患者术后视力提高,可予以大力推广及应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for senile cataract.Methods 136 cases of senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital were divided into control group according to different treatment methods(small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation),experimental group(with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation),68 cases/group.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the visual acuity of the experimental group was higher than that of the experimental group at 1 day and 1 month after surgery,and the complication rate was lower,P<0.05,and there were differences.At 6 months after operation,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and there were differences.Conclusion The combination of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is effective in the treatment of senile cataract,which is beneficial to the improvement of postoperative visual acuity and can be promoted and applied.
