卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(欣母沛)在瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘剖宫产术中预防产后出血的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Carboprost Aminobutyriol Injection in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage during Cesarean Section of Scar Uterus Complicated with Placenta Previa

目的探究在瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(欣母沛)对产后出血预防的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年5月至2019年7月我院收治的瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘孕妇34例,依据数字随机法分为试验组17例与参照组17例,参照组实施常规注射宫缩素治疗,试验组在参照组基础上注射欣母沛治疗。对比分析两组孕妇术后24h、术后2h、术中出血量,血红蛋白变化,止血效果及并发症发生情况。结果试验组术后24h、术后2h、术中出血量分别为(321.76±22.31)m L,(308.01±28.87)m L,(218.88±26.93)m L,参照组分别为(429.73±55.78)mL,(434.36±55.25)mL,(376.56±34.97)mL,试验组显著低于参照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05;试验组血红蛋白下降为(1.05±0.28)g/L,参照组下降为(1.48±0.41)g/L,试验组显著低于参照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05;试验组止血效果显著高于参照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05;两组并发症方面比较,无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论在瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液可减少产后出血量,效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of carbasine aminobutyriol injection in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section of scar uterus complicated with placenta previa.Methods From May 2018 to July 2019,34 pregnant women with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa were randomly divided into experimental group(n=17)and control group(n=17).The control group was treated with routine injection of oxytokinin,and the experimental group was treated with Xinmu Pei injection on the basis of the reference group.The blood loss,hemoglobin,hemostatic effect and complications of pregnant women in the two groups were compared and analyzed 24 hours after operation and 2 hours after operation.Results 24 hours after operation and 2 hours after operation,the intraoperative bleeding volume of the experimental group was(321.76±22.31)mL,(308.01±28.87)mL,(218.88±26.93),and that of the control group was(429.73±5578)mL,(434.36±5525)mL,(376.56±34.97),respectively,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hemoglobin decreased to(1.05±0.28)g/L in the experimental group and(1.48±0.41)g/L in the control group.The hemostatic effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and that of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In cesarean section of scar uterus complicated with placenta previa,the application of carbasine aminobutyriol injection can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the effect is remarkable and the safety is high.
