鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉的有效性及安全性分析

Effectiveness and Safety of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Senile Chronic Rhinosinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的探讨分析鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉的有效性和安全性。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月在我科行手术治疗的52例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象,根据手术方案不同进行分组,对照组(n=22)采用传统的Wigand式鼻腔开放手术治疗,观察组(n=30)则经鼻内镜进行手术治疗,对两组手术治疗效果及并发症发生情况进行比较分析。结果两组手术治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉效果确切,并具有对组织创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of senile chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,52 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent surgical treatment in our department were selected as subjects of study.They were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures.The control group(n=22)was treated with traditional Wigand open nasal surgery,while the observation group(n=30)was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.The therapeutic effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is effective in the treatment of senile chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.It has the advantages of less trauma,fewer complications and quick recovery after operation.It is worth popularizing and applying.
