内热针软组织松解术治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Internal Soft Needle Soft Tissue Release for Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

目的探究内热针软组织松懈术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的30例肩周炎患者,将其按照随机数表分为对照组与观察组,各15例。给予对照组患者针灸治疗,给予观察组患者内热针软组织松懈术治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。治疗后,观察组生活质量SF-36评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组对比,均具有统计学意义。结论应用内热针软组织松懈术治疗肩周炎,可获得比常规针灸更为显著的治疗效果,能够显著改善患者的生活质量,并且复发情况少,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal heat needle soft tissue relaxation therapy on frozen shoulder.Methods Thirty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,15 cases each.The patients in the control group were given acupuncture treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with hot needle soft tissue relaxation,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of internal soft needle soft tissue relaxation treatment for periarthritis of shoulder can obtain more significant therapeutic effects than conventional acupuncture,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and has fewer recurrences.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
