品管圈在手术室标本管理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Specimen Management in Operating Room

目的分析品管圈在手术室标本管理中的应用效果。方法予以我院2019年1月至2019年10月收取的720例手术室标本送检资料品管圈活动,与2018年3月至2018年12月未实行品管圈活动时送检的680例手术室标本的管理情况进行对比分析。结果自实行品管圈活动后,手术室标本缺陷率明显降低,P<0.05,比较有差异性。手术室标本管理目标达成率为146.15%、进步率为90.48%,表明品管圈的管理效果较好。结论在手术室标本管理中采取品管圈活动能够有效减少手术标本管理缺陷率,使手术室标本管理质量得以提升,可予以大力推广及应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle in operating room specimen management.Methods 720 cases of operating room specimens collected from January 2019 to October 2019 in our hospital were sent to the inspection of the quality control circle activities,and 680 cases of surgery were performed when the quality control circle activities were not carried out from March 2018 to December 2018.Comparative analysis of the management of laboratory specimens.Results After the implementation of quality control circle activities,the defect rate of operating room specimens was significantly reduced(P<0.05),with differences.The achievement rate of specimen management objectives in the operating room was 146.15%,and the improvement rate was 90.48%,indicating that the quality control circle had a good management effect.Conclusion The adoption of quality control circle activities in the management of specimens in the operating room can effectively reduce the defect rate of surgical specimen management,and improve the quality of management of specimens in the operating room,which can be promoted and applied.
