Objective By discussing the knowledge of hospital medical equipment management and medical engineers management,the importance of hospital medical equipment management and medical engineers management was raised,and the development of hospital economics and medical engineering discipline was promoted to a new level.Methods This paper analyses the current situation of hospital medical equipment management and medical engineers management,and puts forward the management methods of medical equipment and medical engineers according to the current situation.The management methods of medical equipment mainly include strengthening the pre-purchase management of medical equipment,strengthening the purchase and acceptance management of medical equipment,and strengthening the management after the equipment is in place.Results The improvement of the quality of medical engineers and technicians and the enhancement of medical equipment management play a very important role in the process of hospital operation.Conclusion Strengthening the management of medical equipment and medical engineers can improve the level of medical technology development and create an overall environment in which hospitals attach importance to medical engineering technology.
