藏药幕其吉曼治疗早中期食管癌的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Tibetan Medicine Muqijiman in the Treatment of Early and Middle Esophageal Cancer

目的探究藏药幕其吉曼应用于治疗早中期食管癌的临床价值。方法将我院2015年7月至2017年7月收治的90例早中期的食管癌患者纳入本次研究,在常规治疗的基础上,应用藏药幕其吉曼治疗,作为观察组,另选取同期在我院接受常规治疗的早中期食管癌患者90例,作为对照组。观察对比两组患者的1、2、3年生存率,以及两组患者肿瘤转移率。结果观察组患者的1、2、3年生存率分别为91.11%、84.44%、71.11%,对照组的1、2、3年生存率分别为80.00%、68.89%、56.67%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而肿瘤复发率和转移率,观察组均低于对照组。结论在患者接受常规治疗的基础上,应用藏药幕其吉曼,可降低肿瘤的复发率和转移率,使食管癌患者的预期寿命增加,使患者获得更为有效的治疗,值得应用与推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of early and middle esophageal cancer.Methods Ninety cases of early and mid-stage esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were included in the study.On the basis of routine treatment,Tibetan medicine was used as the observation group.In addition,90 patients with early-stage esophageal cancer who received conventional treatment in our hospital were selected as the control group.The 1,2,and 3 year survival rates of the two groups were compared and the tumor metastasis rates of the two groups were observed.Results The 1,2,and 3 year survival rates of patients in the observation group were 91.11%,84.44%,and 71.11%,respectively.The 1,2,and 3 year survival rates of the control group were 80.00%,68.89%,and 56.67%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the tumor recurrence rate and metastasis rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion On the basis of patients receiving routine treatment,the application of Tibetan medicine screen to Muqijiman can reduce the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of tumors,increase the life expectancy of patients with esophageal cancer,and enable patients to obtain more effective treatment,which is worthy of application and application.
