解析应用补益宗气燮理三焦法治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Buyi Zongqi Xieli Sanjiao Method in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的研讨慢性心衰患者使用补益宗气燮理三焦法治疗的效果。方法随机将60例慢性心衰患者分为两组,各30例,A组接受常规治疗,B组接受补益宗气燮理三焦法治疗,对比用药成效。结果B组用药后较A组有更高的总有效率(P<0.05)。B组用药后LVEF、SV等指标明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心衰患者应用补益宗气燮理三焦法进行治疗有确切效果,值得推荐。

Objective To study the effect of Buyi Zongqi Xieli Sanjiao method in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Group A received routine treatment,and Group B received Buyi Zongqi Xieli Sanjiao method treatment,and the effect of medication was compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).LVEF,SV and other indexes in group B were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic heart failure with Buyi Zongqi Xieli Sanjiao method is effective and worthy of recommendation.
