摘要
目的探讨整体护理模式在后路胸腰椎手术中的应用效果。方法将本院2016年6月至2016年12月的86例胸腰椎后路手术患者按照整体护理模式进行护理。结果对胸腰椎后路手术患者均落实整体护理,提高了病人的舒适度及满意度。结论整体护理模式在胸腰椎后路手术的运用能减少和预防并发症,减轻患者痛苦和经济损失,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing mode in posterior thoracolumbar surgery.Methods From June 2016 to December 2016,86 patients with thoracolumbar posterior surgery were nursed according to the holistic nursing mode.Results Holistic nursing was carried out in all the patients with thoracolumbar posterior surgery,which improved the comfort and satisfaction of the patients.Conclusion The application of holistic nursing mode in posterior thoracolumbar surgery can reduce and prevent complications,reduce pain and economic loss of patients,and improve satisfaction.
