漱口液在脑卒中软瘫期患者口腔护理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Mouthwash in Oral Care of Stroke Patients with Soft Paralysis

口腔护理是临床护理工作中的一项重要内容,有利于保持患者口腔清洁舒适,预防口臭、口腔感染的发生,提高患者的生活质量。而脑卒中患者因高热、昏迷、吞咽困难、饮水呛咳等症状不能进食,口腔的自净作用降低,易引起口臭、口腔溃疡、牙龈红肿出血等口腔问题,甚至由于口腔感染而导致严重的并发症。如何选用合适的漱口液来防治脑卒中患者的口腔问题,是国内外学者一直以来比较重视的问题,并进行了大量的研究,取得了一定成果。本文从脑卒中患者易发生的口腔问题、口腔护理的难点以及漱口液在脑卒中患者口腔护理中的应用等方面进行了文献回顾和研究。

Oral care is an important part of clinical nursing work,which is conducive to keep patients’oral clean and comfortable,prevent halitosis and oral infection,and improve patients’quality of life.However,stroke patients can’t eat because of high fever,coma,dysphagia,water and cough,the self-cleaning effect of the mouth is reduced,which is easy to cause oral problems such as halitosis,oral ulcer,gingival swelling and bleeding,even serious complications are caused by oral infection.How to choose the appropriate mouthwash to prevent and treat the oral problems of stroke patients is a problem that scholars at home and abroad have always paid more attention to and carried out a lot of research,and achieved some results.In this paper,we reviewed and studied the oral problems of stroke patients,the difficulties of oral care and the application of mouthwash in oral care of stroke patients.
