急性下肢动脉栓塞患者18例的围手术期护理分析

Perioperative Nursing Analysis of 18 Patients with Acute Lower Extremity Arterial Embolism

目的分析对急性下肢动脉栓塞患者实施围手术期护理的措施及效果。方法选择2017年9月至2019年9月到我院接受手术治疗的36例急性下肢动脉栓塞患者,以随机数字表法进行分组,参照组和实验组分别18例,参照组接受常规护理,实验组接受围手术期护理,观察统计两组患者的护理效果、VAS评分、KPS评分。结果(1)护理效果比较:实验组总有效率为88.89%,参照组总有效率为77.78%,实验组护理效果显著优于参照组(P<0.05);(2)VAS评分、KPS评分比较:实验组VAS评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05),实验组KPS评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05);结论对急性下肢动脉栓塞患者实施围手术期护理,可有效减轻患者疼痛,增强护理效果,提高患者生活质量,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the measures and effects of perioperative nursing for patients with acute lower extremity arterial embolism.Methods Thirty-six patients with acute lower extremity arterial embolization who underwent surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2017 were randomly divided into groups.The reference group and the experimental group were respectively 18 patients.The reference group received routine care,the experimental group received perioperative nursing,and the nursing effect,VAS score and KPS score of the two groups were observed and counted.Results(1)Comparison of nursing effects:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the reference group was 77.78%.The nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of VAS score and KPS score:the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the KPS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for patients with acute lower extremity arterial embolism can effectively relieve pain,enhance nursing effect and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
