消化内镜技术在消化道早癌诊断治疗中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Digestive Endoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Gastrointestinal Cancer

目的观察消化道早癌患者临床有效的诊断方法。方法从云南省玉溪市元江哈尼族彝族傣族自治县人民医院2018年治疗的消化道早癌患者中随机抽取80例,采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与研究组,对照组接受常规内窥镜检查,研究组接受消化内镜技术,比较两组诊断结果。结果研究组疾病检出率以及影像质量情况明显优于对照组,且并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论临床上,我们应首选消化内镜技术,以此来迅速、准确地诊断疾病,更好地指导手术。

Objective To explore an effective clinical diagnostic method for patients with early gastrointestinal cancer.Methods 80 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer treated in our hospital in 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and research group by double blind screening method.The control group received routine endoscopy and the research group received digestive endoscopy technology.The diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results The disease detection rate and image quality of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,digestive endoscopy should be the first choice to diagnose diseases quickly and accurately and to guide surgery better.
