社区老年慢性病连续护理的研究进展

Research Progress of Continuous Nursing for Community Elderly Chronic Diseases

随着人口老龄化的不断加速,我国老年人口数量持续增长,老年慢性病已经成为影响我国人民生命健康的重大公共卫生问题。社会对老年慢性病的关注度持续上涨,社区老年慢性病因此成为一个社会关注热点。提高社区老年慢性病连续护理质量对提高老年人慢性病病人的生活质量有着极强的现实意义,本文就此展开讨论,希望能够对推动社区老年慢性病连续护理发展有所帮助。

With acceleration of population aging and continuous growth of elderly people in China,chronic diseases of elderly have become major public health problem affecting life and health of people.Social attention to chronic diseases of elderly has been rising,and chronic causes of community elderly have become hot social concern.It is of great practical significance to improve quality of continuous care of community elderly with chronic diseases.The paper discusses the issue,to promote development of continuous care for community elderly with chronic diseases.
