摘要 目的研究和分析一站式服务对门诊管理质量的作用效果及其影响。方法选择我院门诊部门2017年2月至2018年2月期间未实行一站式服务的就诊130患者分为对照组,在2018年2月至2019年2月实施一站式服务后来就诊的130例患者为观察组,之后对比两组患者的平均就诊时间、平均缴费时间以及患者满意程度。结果对照组患者平均就诊时间和缴费时间明显长于观察组,组别差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者满意度显著要低于观察组,组别差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院门诊部采取一站式服务能够有效提升患者的总体满意度,提升医院内部的工作效率,值得推广。 Objective to study and analyze effect of one-stop service on outpatient management quality.Methods choose 130 patients not receiving one-stop service in outpatient department of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 as control group,and 130 cases received one-stop service from February 2018 to February 2019 as observation group.Compare average visiting time,average payment time and patient satisfaction of two groups.Results average visit time and payment time of control group was significantly longer than those in observation group,difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05);satisfaction degree of control group was significantly lower than that in observation group,difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion one-stop service in outpatient department can improve overall satisfaction of patients and working efficiency of hospital effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
