摘要
目的分析在医院门诊护理中实施风险管理的应用效果和价值。方法将2014年5月至2017年9月在我院接受门诊护理的400例门诊患者作为此次的研究对象,根据入院的先后时间不同进行分组,先入院的患者采取常规管理,归类于常规管理组(n=200),后入院的患者采取风险管理,归类于风险管理组(n=200),比较2组患者对护士的护理质量评分、护理满意度;并就风险管理实施前后护士的工作质量情况和风险事件的发生率进行对比。结果2组患者对常规管理组和风险管理组护士的护理质量评分统计学差异显著,而且风险管理组的不满意比率(0%)低于常规管理组(6%),而总满意度(100%)高于常规管理组(94%),均P<0.05;风险管理实施后,护士的风险意识合格率、护理态度合格率、不良护理事件的发生率得到改善,较实施前统计学差异显著(均P<0.05)。结论在常规的护理管理中采取风险管理措施,可显著提高护理人员的护理质量、工作质量、风险意识,取得较高的护理满意度,可以临床推广。
Objective to analyze application effect and value of risk management in outpatient nursing.Methods treat 400 cases outpatients received outpatient nursing in our hospital from May 2014 to September 2017 as research objects.Divide them into two groups according to admission time.Patients admitted first were treated with routine management as routine management group(n=200).Those admitted later with risk management as risk management group(n=200).Compare nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction before and after risk management of two groups.Results nursing quality scores showed significant difference between two groups,and dissatisfaction rate of risk management group(0%)was lower than routine management group(6%),total satisfaction degree(100%)was higher than routine management group(94%),P<0.05;after risk management,qualified rate of risk awareness,nursing attitude and poor nursing events incidence was improved significantly compared with before,(P<0.05).Conclusion risk management measures can improve nursing quality,work quality and risk awareness of nursing staffs significantly in routine nursing management,and achieve high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
