分析直接药敏试验在血液细菌检验中的应用效果

Application Effect Analysis of Direct Drug Sensitivity Test in Blood Bacterial Test

目的分析在血液细菌检验中应用直接药敏试验的价值。方法选取我院收治的110例发热合并全身感染患者为本次研究对象,抽取每位患者的阳性血液,制成110分样本,分别采用常规药敏试验和直接药敏试验两种方法进行细菌鉴定,对两种鉴定方法的鉴定结果进行对比分析。结果研究结果表明,直接药敏试验中,革兰氏阴性菌的检出率为91.94%,阳性菌的检出率为91.67%。结论在血液细菌检验期间,可以采取直接药敏试验方法代替常规试验,同样具有较高的检出符合率,同时较之常规检测法还可以节省较长的时间,具有快捷有效且便利优势,因此该检测方法可以被应用和推广。

Objective to analyze value of direct drug sensitivity test in blood bacterial test.Methods choose 110 cases fever and systemic infection patients in our hospital as study objects.Collect positive blood of each case and made into 110 samples.Carry on bacterial identification with two methods of routine drug sensitivity test and direct drug sensitivity test,compare and analyze results of two identification methods.Results research results showed detection rate of Gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria was 91.94%and 91.67%respectively in direct drug sensitivity test.Conclusion during detection of blood bacteria,direct drug sensitivity test can replace routine test,with high detection coincidence rate.At the same time,it can save longer time,and better effect and convenient advantage than routine test.Therefore,the detection method can be applied and promoted.
