住院医师规范化培训生在口腔内科规培中的思考

Thoughts on Standardized Training Resident Physicians in Stomatology Standardized Training

口腔内科作为一个综合型应用医学领域,对于学生的理论基础知识和临床实践经验都有严格的要求。现代医学发展基于时代技术和数字化软件,给予了住院医师规范化培训生相关教学途径和手段,但是在实际应用过程中,无论是教学方法还是教学模式都有待改进,仍有一定上升空间。对于如何开展良好的住院医生规范化培训生在口腔内科中的实际应用,文章基于此展开相应的解决对策和教学策略论述,提出几点意见和建议,以供参考。

As a comprehensive applied medicine field,stomatology has strict requirements for theoretical basic knowledge and clinical practice experience of students.Based on technology of times and digital software,development of modern medicine which provides resident physicians with standardized teaching methods and means.However,in practical application process,both teaching methods and models need to be improved,and there is still improvement space.The paper discusses corresponding solutions and teaching strategies to carry out practical application of standardized trainees of resident doctors in stomatology,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions for reference.
