生化检验在糖尿病诊断中临床应用研究

Clinical Application Research of Biochemical Test in Diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus

目的对生化检验在糖尿病诊断中临床应用进行研究,并对其应用价值展开分析。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月,到我院进行生化检验的患者120例作为研究对象,其中,糖尿病患者60例作为研究组,并选取同期的非糖尿病患者60作为对照组。对两组患者进行生化检验,对比两组患者生化检验中FBG(空腹血糖)、HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、2hPG(2h糖耐量试验值)、TG(血清甘油三酯)的指标。结果研究组生化检验中的FBG、HbA1c、2hPG、TG的指标要显著高于对照组的FBG、HbA1c、2hPG、TG指标。结论采用生化实验能够准确地糖尿病患者的进行筛查和确诊,并对患者的FBG、HbA1c、2hPG、TG指标水平给予评估,具有较好的实用价值。

Objective to study clinical application of biochemical test in diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and analyze its application value.Methods choose 120 cases biochemical test patients in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 as study objects,60 cases diabetic patients were included in study group and 60 cases non diabetic patients in control group.Carry on biochemical tests for two groups,and compare indexes of FBG,HbA1c,2 hPG and TG.Results biochemical test indexes of FBG,HbA1c,2 hPG and TG of study group were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion biochemical test can screen and diagnose diabetic patients accurately,and evaluate levels of FBG,HbA1c,2 hPG and TG,with good practical value.
