血液检验红细胞参数在贫血患者疾病诊断中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Blood Test RBC Parameters in Diagnosis of Anemia

目的探讨血液检验红细胞参数在贫血患者疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取某院收治的40例缺铁性贫血患者、40例地中海贫血患者及同时间段在该院进行血液检测的40例健康人员作为研究对象,40例健康人员为对照组。采集上述三组研究对象的血液进行检验,比较红细胞检测数值指标。结果对照组的HB(血红蛋白)、MCV(平均红细胞体积)、MCH(平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度)水平高于缺铁性贫血和地中海贫血组;缺铁性贫血中RDW(红细胞分布宽度)水平高于对照组和地中海贫血组;地中海贫血组的HB、RBC(红细胞数量)、MCV水平高于缺铁性贫血组。结论血液检验红细胞参数应用在贫血患者疾病诊断中,能辅助判断贫血的类型,以进行针对性的治疗,值得临床上推广。

Objective to explore application value of blood test RBC parameters in diagnosis of anemia.Methods choose 40 cases iron deficiency anemia patients,40 cases thalassemia patients and 40 cases healthy people with blood test during the same period as study objects,40 cases healthy people were including in control group.Collect blood samples of three groups for examination,and compare detection value of RBC.Results levels of Hb,MCV and MCH in control group were higher than iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia groups;levels of RDW in iron deficiency anemia were higher than control group and thalassemia group;levels of Hb,RBC and MCV in thalassemia group were higher than iron deficiency anemia group.Conclusion blood test RBC parameters can help determine anemia type in diagnosis of anemia patients,to carry out targeted treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
