探究药学干预对美罗培南药物临床应用的效果

Clinical Application Effect Exploration of Pharmaceutical Intervention on Meropenem

目的探讨药学干预对美罗培南临床应用的效果。方法选取2017年1-12月我院未进行药学干预的使用美罗培南药物的患者180例作为对照组,另外选取2018年1-12月我院进行了药学干预后的使用美罗培南药物的患者180例作为观察组。对照组采用常规用药方法治疗,观察组实施药学干预措施。分析并比较两组干预前后美罗培南药物使用量以及用药频率(DDDs),统计并比较两组不合理用药情况发生率。结果与实施药学干预前比较,药学干预后观察组患者的美罗培南药品总使用量及DDDs均明显减少,差异有统计学显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者的适应证不适宜率、禁忌证用药率、联合用药不合理率、用法用量不合理率以及耐药率均低于对照组,差异有统计学显著性(P<0.05)。结论药学干预措施可以显著提高美罗培南药物的应用合理性,使其在临床上的应用更加规范,此而可以显著提高用药效率,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective to explore clinical application effect of pharmaceutical intervention on meropenem.Methods choose 180 cases patients treated with meropenem without pharmaceutical intervention in our hospital from January to December 2017 as control group,and 180 cases with meropenem after pharmaceutical intervention from January to December 2018 as observation group.Control group was treated with routine medicine,and observation group with pharmaceutical intervention.Analyze and compare dosage and DDDs of meropenem before and after intervention between two groups,count and compare incidence of irrational drug use between two groups.Results compared with before intervention,total use of meropenem and DDDs in observation group was significantly less after intervention,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Rates of unsuitable indications,contraindications,unreasonable combination,unreasonable dosage and drug resistance in observation group were significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion pharmaceutical intervention measures can improve rationality of meropenem significantly,and make clinical application more standardized,which can improve efficiency of drug use significantly,with high clinical promotion and application value.
