个性化护理对PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折康复质量的影响临床研究

Clinical Effect Research of Individualized Nursing on Rehabilitation Quality of Elderly Intertrochanteric Fracture Patients Treated with PFNA

目的对个性化护理对PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折康复质量的影响临床进行研究。方法选取本院2015年4月至2018年7月收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者共80例,并给予其PFNA治疗,同时随机分为实验组和常规组,实验40例,常规组40例。其中,常规组应用常规护理方式对患者进行护理,实验组应用的方式为个性化护理干预,并比较观察组与常规组的护理效果。结果实验组要远远高于常规组。结论针对采用PFNA治疗的老年股骨转子间骨折患者,采用个性化护理干预的方式开展护理工作,无论是对提升护理效果,还是提升患者的自理能力以及生活质量,都具有很大促进作用和价值。因此,其可以广泛的应用。

Objective to study clinical effect of individualized nursing on rehabilitation quality of elderly intertrochanteric fracture patients treated with PFNA.Methods choose 80 cases elderly intertrochanteric fractures patients treated with PFNA in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2018.Divide them into experimental group and routine group randomly,40 cases in experimental group and 40 cases in routine group.Routine group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with individualized nursing intervention.Compare nursing effect of observation group and routine group.Results nursing effect of experimental group was much higher than routine group.Conclusion individualized nursing intervention is of great value in promoting nursing effect,self-care ability and life quality of elderly intertrochanteric fracture patients treated with PFNA,which is worthy of wide application.
