腰椎间盘突出症应用中医手法并独活寄生汤的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage and Pubescent Angelica and Loranthus Decoction in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析腰椎间盘突出症应用中医手法并独活寄生汤的临床效果。方法对照组采取中医骨伤手法整复治疗,研究组在对照组整复方案治疗同时加用独活寄生汤。对比两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后的疼痛强度(PPI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及疼痛分级指数(PRI)。结果两组治疗前PPI、VAS、PRI无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组这些指标均好转(P<0.05),研究组好转幅度显著更优(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症应用中医手法并独活寄生汤的疗效确切,可显著改善患者疼痛症状。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage and pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction on lumbar disc herniation.Methods control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while study group with pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction.Compare pain intensity(PPI),pain visual analogue score(VAS)and pain grading index(PRI)before and after treatment.Results PPI,VAS and PRI showed no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,indexes were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and improvement range in study group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine massage and pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction can achieve accurate effect and improve pain symptoms of lumbar disc herniation patients significantly.
