摘要
目的分析人文关怀和心理护理对于妇科宫颈癌患者的作用效果。方法选取在我院住院治疗的妇科宫颈癌患者50例,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,各25例。对照组患者进行常规护理,实验组患者进行人文关怀和心理护理,对两组患者心理状态以及护理满意度情况进行对照。结果实验组患者焦虑、抑郁程度相对较低,并且其护理满意度较高,两组差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对妇科宫颈癌患者采用人文关怀与心理护理护理效果较好,可以推广应用。
Objective to analyze effect of humanistic care and psychological nursing on gynecological cervical cancer patients.Methods choose 50 cases hospitalized cervical cancer patients,divide them into control group and experimental group randomly,25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with humanistic care and psychological nursing.Compare psychological state and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results anxiety and depression degree in experimental group was relatively low,and nursing satisfaction was higher,difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion humanistic care and psychological nursing can achieve good effect for gynecological cervical cancer patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
