脑瘫患儿采用综合康复疗法的治疗体会

Treatment Experience of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Cerebral Palsy Children

目的讨论脑瘫患儿采用综合康复疗法的治疗体会。方法选取100例我院治疗脑瘫患儿,随机分为两组,实验组使用综合康复疗法,对照组使用常规治疗。结果对照组的治疗效果小于实验组,比较差别较大(P<0.05)。对照组的生存质量评分为(40.12±6.16),实验组为(51.22±6.75),差别较大(P<0.05)。对照组的运动功能评分为(41.25±10.26),实验组为(50.34±14.33),差别较大(P<0.05)。对照组的治疗满意率小于实验组,比较差别较大(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿使用综合康复疗法,能够有效的提高治疗效果,改善患者的运动功能评分以及生存质量评分,提高治疗满意率,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective to discuss treatment experience of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on cerebral palsy children.Methods choose 100 cases cerebral palsy children,divide them into two groups randomly:experimental group and control group.Experimental group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,and control group with routine treatment.Results curative effect of control group was smaller than that of experimental group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Life quality scores of control group were(40.12±6.16),and those of experimental group were(51.22±6.75),with significant difference(P<0.05).Motor function scores of control group were(41.25±10.26),and those of experimental group were(50.34±14.33),with significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction rate of control group was lower than that of experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve treatment effect of for cerebral palsy children effectively,improve motor function scores and life quality,improve treatment satisfaction rate,which is of important clinical value.
