模块式护理对肺癌根治术患者术后肺功能和生活质量的作用分析

Effect Analysis of Modular Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Life Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer after Radical Operation

目的分析模块式护理对肺癌根治术患者术后肺功能和生活质量的作用。方法研究时间:2017年9月至2019年2月,研究对象为我院该段期间入院接受肺癌根治术的患者,随机选取96例患者,均自愿参与研究并签署同意书。随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各48例,分别给予不同的护理方式(对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取模块化护理),来观察护理效果以及作用分析。结果实验组肺功能各项指标显著高于对照组,实验组生活质量评分相较于对照组高,P<0.05。结论对实施肺癌根治术的肺癌患者给予模块式护理模式,有利于通过模块化的护理改善患者的肺部功能,提高肺部功能的各项指标。同时,通过模块式护理改善患者的生活质量评分,使得患者能够重新融入正常的生产和生活。值得被推广。

Objective to analyze effect of modular nursing on pulmonary function and life quality of patients with lung cancer after radical operation.Methods choose 96 patients admitted to our hospital for radical resection of lung cancer from September 2017 to February 2019 randomly and voluntarily in study with consent sign.Divide them into control group and experimental group randomly,48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with modular nursing.Observe nursing effect and analyze effect of two groups.Results indexes of pulmonary function in experimental group were significantly higher than control group,life quality scores in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion modular nursing mode is beneficial to improve lung function and indexes of lung function of lung cancer patients with radical resection.At the same time,modular nursing can improve life quality scores of patients,help them reintegrate into normal production and life,which is worthy of promotion.
