探讨心理干预在大面积烧伤患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect Exploration of Psychological Intervention in Nursing of Large Area Burn Patients

目的探讨心理干预在大面积烧伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机数字表法将2018年1月至2018年12月我科收治的54例大面积烧伤患者分为研究组、对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施心理干预,对比应用效果。结果研究组大面积烧伤患者情绪低落、食欲不振、睡眠障碍、拒绝治疗发生比率为14.81%、11.11%、11.11%、3.70%,明显低于对照,护理后,研究组大面积烧伤患者SDS、SAS评分较对照组低,研究组大面积烧伤患者护理满意度为96.30%,较对照组高21.23%,有统计意义,P<0.05。结论对大面积烧伤患者实施心理干预,可有效减少不良事件的发生,改善患者情绪,提高护理满意度,临床价值显著。

Objective to explore application effect of psychological intervention in nursing of large area burn patients.Methods divide 54 cases large area burn patients admitted to our department from January 2018 to December 2018 into study group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with psychological intervention on the basis.Compare application effect of two groups.Results incidence of depression,anorexia,sleep disorder and refusal of treatment in study group was 14.81%,11.11%,11.11%and 3.70%,significantly lower than that in control group.After nursing,scores of SDS and SAS in study group were lower than control group,and nursing satisfaction of study group was 96.30%,higher than 21.23%in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion psychological intervention can reduce occurrence of adverse events effectively,improve mood of patients and nursing satisfaction of large area burn patients.
