中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病200例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observaiton of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath on 200 Cases Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的从中医角度探讨中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年12月本院皮肤科门诊收治的200例寻常型银屑病患者临床资料,按照随机双盲的原则分成观察组100例和对照组100例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合自拟的中药药浴浸泡,每日两次。采用皮损面积及严重性指数(PASI)比较治疗前后评分,并评价临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的PASI评分均出现下降,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组前后下降幅度明显大于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为91.00%,明显高于对照组的77.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.00%,明显低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴疗法能显著改善寻常型银屑病患者临床症状,安全无毒副,作用,患者耐受性好,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Objective to explore clinical effect and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine bath in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris for TCM aspect.Methods review and analyze clinical data of 200 cases psoriasis vulgaris patients from January 2016 to December 2017 in our dermatology clinic.According to randomized double blind principle,divide them into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).Compare scores of skin lesions area and severity index(PASI)before and after treatment,and evaluate clinical effect and adverse reactions.Results after treatment,PASI scores of two groups decreased,difference was statistically significant between before and after treatment(P<0.05),decrease of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total clinical effective rate of observation group was 91.00%,significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(77.00%)(P<0.05).Adverse reactions incidence in observation group was 5.00%,significantly lower than 15.00%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine bath therapy can improve clinical symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris patients significantly,which is safe,with no toxic side effects,good patients tolerance,which is of good promotion and application value.
