基于“知信行”健康教育模式对腰椎间盘突出症患者的应用研究

Based on the “Knowledge Attitude Practice” Health Education Model for Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨"知信行"模式的健康教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者的应用研究。方法选取2019年1月至2019年9月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者76例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各38例,对照组为常规的健康教育,试验组为基于"知信行"模式的健康教育,健康教育形式一般采用微信平台、科室讲座、面对面健康宣教。比较分析两组患者的生活质量评分和JOA评分。结果观察组生活质量和JOA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的护理满意度。结论"知信行"模式的健康教育能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状,减轻患者疼痛,对康复具有促进作用。

Objective To explore the application of KAP model health education in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2019 to September 2019 in our hospital treated 76 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse,according to random number table method was divided into experimental group and the control group(n=38).The control group was given regular health education,while the experimental group was given health education based on"KAP model".Health education generally adopts WeChat platform,department lectures and face-to-face health education.The quality of life score and JOA score of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The quality of life and JOA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),which shortened the length of hospital stay and improved the nursing satisfaction of the patients.Conclusion Health education in the mode of"KAP"can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce the pain of patients,and promote the rehabilitation.
