医院人力资源管理的现状及相关对策分析

在如今社会形势下,医疗卫生体制不断在改革、优化,医院医疗环境也发生了较大的变化。要想促进医院体制改革的有效开展,医院人力资源管理的改善不可或缺,在医院的组成部分中,人力资源占据十分重要的位置。医院只有加强人才培养,提高对人力资源管理的重视度,才能让医院获得健康长久发展。本文基于医院人力资源管理的现状问题做了探讨,并提出了一些解决策略,以求为同行提供一个借鉴。

In today’s social situation,the medical and health system is constantly being reformed and optimized,and the hospital medical environment has also undergone great changes.In order to promote the effective development of hospital system reform,the improvement of hospital human resources management is indispensable.Human resources occupy a very important position in the hospital components.Only by strengthening the training of talents and paying more attention to the management of human resources can hospitals achieve healthy and longterm development.Based on the current situation of hospital human resources management,this paper discusses the problems and puts forward some solutions,in order to provide a reference for colleagues.
