肿瘤化疗中护士的职业危害及安全防护

Occupational Hazards and Safety Protection of Nurses in Cancer Chemotherapy

目的探讨肿瘤科护士在肿瘤化疗药物配制过程中存在的职业危害及有效的安全防护措施。方法总结从事化疗护理的危害,对在本院肿瘤科从事工作的护士在护理过程中进行有效的安全防护。结果肿瘤化疗中护士存在的职业危害很多,本研究认为有效的安全防护措施是减少职业危害最直接的方法。结论肿瘤科护士应对化疗药物配置过程中的危害予以足够重视,临床护理过程中采取有针对性的安全防护措施,对保持自我身心健康具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the occupational hazards and effective safety precautions of nurses in oncology department during the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for cancer. Methods To sum up the harm of engaging in chemotherapy nursing,nurses working in the oncology department of our hospital were given effective safety protection during the nursing process. Results There are many occupational hazards existing in nurses in tumor chemotherapy, in this study, it is considered that effective safety protection measures are the most direct way to reduce occupational hazards. Conclusion Nurses in oncology department should pay enough attention to the harmfulness in the process of chemotherapeutic drug allocation, targeted safety measures in clinical nursing are of great significance to maintain their physical and mental health.
