微创钻孔引流术治疗高龄患者高血压脑出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Minimally Invasive Drilling and Drainage in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage in Elderly Patients

目的分析观察微创钻孔引流术治疗高龄患者高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院于2019年1月至2019年12月收治的高龄高血压脑出血患者18例,对所有患者实施微创钻孔引流术治疗,并记录分析患者治疗后的死亡率以及治疗有效率情况。结果治疗前患者颅内压远高于治疗后患者颅内压,并且两组数据间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后死亡患者2例,死亡率11.1%,并且治疗有效率为88.9%。结论使用微创钻孔引流术治疗高龄患者高血压脑出血,能够获得较低的死亡率以及较高的治疗有效率,并有效降低患者颅内压,值得临床进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive drilling and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients. Methods Eighteen elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and treated with minimally invasive drilling and drainage. The mortality rate and treatment efficiency after treatment were recorded and analyzed. Results The intracranial pressure of patients before treatment was much higher than that of patients after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two patients died after treatment, the mortality rate was 11.1%, and the effective rate was 88.9%. Conclusion Minimally invasive trepanation and drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients can achieve lower mortality and higher treatment efficiency, and effectively reduce intracranial pressure of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
