超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Cerebral Hemorrhage Removal by Ultraearly Small Osseous Window in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察对高血压脑出血患者应用超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗的临床价值。方法本次分析对象选取年限为2013~2019年,科室为神经外科,收治确诊为高血压脑出血患者群体35例,所有患者均接受超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术方案治疗,对患者相关临床数据进行回顾性方式分析并归纳该手术治疗措施对高血压脑出血患者的应用效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术治疗,病情评价治疗有效率达到88.6%(31/35);患者手术所需时间、术中出血量等均在令人满意的范围内;相对于手术治疗前,患者的血清内皮素和血管升压素指标均有明显改善(P<0.05);术后随访期间有4例患者出现手术相关并发症,但在患者可耐受范围内且对症处理后症状消失。结论对高血压脑出血患者在制定外科手术治疗时可考虑采取超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术为治疗措施,在有效性以及安全性方面均有值得推广的优势。

Objective To observe the clinical value of minimally invasive small bone window evacuation for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From 2013 to 2019,35 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were admitted to the department of neurosurgery.All patients were treated with minimally invasive small bone window evacuation of intracerebral hemorrhage at ultra-early stage.To analyze the relevant clinical data of the patients and summarize the effect of the operation on the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Results All patients successfully completed the operation,the effective rate of disease evaluation treatment was 88.6%(31/35).The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of patients were within a satisfactory range;the serum endothelin and vasopressin indexes of patients were significantly improved compared with those before operation(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,4 patients had surgical-related complications,but the symptoms disappeared within the patient’s tolerance and after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Minimally invasive small bone window evacuation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can be considered as a therapeutic measure when making surgical treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.It has advantages in effectiveness and safety that are worth popularizing.
