探讨内科老年住院患者的临床护理特点

To Explore the Clinical Nursing Characteristics of Elderly Hospitalized Patients in Internal Medicine Department

目的探讨内科老年住院患者的临床护理特点。方法通过分析内科老年住院患者的临床特点,依据其心理、生理、用药特点,进行心理护理、临床护理和用药安全护理。结果在内科老年住院患者的临床护理中采取有效措施,可以使老年患者达到最大满意效果。结论内科老年住院患者在生理、心理等方面有一定的特殊性,护理工作要在了解这些方面特点的基础上实施,才能取得理想的效果。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing characteristics of elderly inpatients in internal medicine department.Methods Psychological nursing,clinical nursing and medication safety nursing were carried out by analyzing the clinical characteristics of elderly hospitalized patients in internal medicine and according to their psychological,physiological and medication characteristics.Results Effective measures taken in the clinical nursing of elderly inpatients in internal medicine can make the elderly patients achieve the greatest satisfactory results.Conclusion There are some particularities in physiology and psychology of elderly inpatients in internal medicine department.Nursing work should be carried out on the basis of understanding these characteristics so as to achieve ideal results.
