鲑降钙素穴位注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎101例12年疗效观察

Observation of 12-year Therapeutic Effect of Salmon Calcitonin Acupoint Injection on 101 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察鲑降钙素穴位注射治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎治疗有效时间、治愈时间、复发时间、有效率、复发率等疗效评定。方法治疗组62例,采用降钙素穴位注射和一般治疗;对照组39例,采用一般治疗,配合骨肽注射液、推拿、按摩、针灸、艾灸等治疗。结果治疗组有效时间、治愈时间、复发时间、有效率、复发率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鲑降钙素穴位注射膝关节骨性关节炎疗效明显,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of salmon calcitonin point injection on knee osteoarthritis,including effective time,cure time,recurrence time,effective rate and recurrence rate.Methods 62 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupoint injection of calcitonin and general treatment,while 39 cases in the control group were treated with general treatment combined with bone peptide injection,massage,massage,acupuncture and moxibustion.Results The effective time,cure time,recurrence time,effective rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salmon calcitonin acupoint injection has obvious curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,which is worth promoting.
