探讨系统护理干预在老年慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变中的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Senile Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Precancerous Lesions

目的观察分析系统护理干预在老年慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月收治的60例慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的老年患者作为研究对象,遵循随机双盲的原则将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例,其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用系统护理干预,比较两种护理干预方法的临床应用效果。结果观察组患者护理总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组患者护理总有效率(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的老年患者应用系统护理干预效果良好,消除患者消极情绪,提高治疗依从性,利于患者后期治疗,患者护理满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in the elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions.Methods After approved by the hospital ethics committee from June 2018 to June 2019,60 cases of elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis cancerous lesions before as the research object,follow the principle of randomized double-blind,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases each,the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,the observation group were treated by system nursing intervention,compare two methods of nursing intervention effect of clinical application.Results The total effective rate of nursing in observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention for the elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions has a good effect,eliminating patients’negative emotions and improving treatment compliance,which is conducive to patients’later treatment,and patients’nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
