硫糖铝混悬凝胶联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡的疗效分析

Efficacy of Sucralfate Suspensoid Gel Combined with Esomeprazole in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨硫糖铝混悬凝胶联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡临床疗效。方法92例确诊为2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,在抗幽门螺旋杆菌的基础上,对照组给予艾司奥美拉唑20 mg/次,2次/d治疗,疗程为4周,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用硫糖铝混悬凝胶,5 mL/次,2次/d,疗程为4周。结果治疗组消化性溃疡临床症状总有效率为95.8%,内镜下改善率95.8%,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫糖铝混悬凝胶联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡疗效确切,副作用少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sucralfate suspension gel combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer.Methods Ninety-two patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes and peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of anti helicobacter pylori,the control group was given omeprazole 20 mg/times,2 times/d treatment,the treatment course was 4 weeks,the treatment group was added sucralfate suspensoid gel,5 mL/times,2 times/d on the basis of the control group,the treatment course was 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of peptic ulcer in the treatment group was 95.8%,and the improvement rate under endoscopy was 95.8%,which was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sucralfate suspensoid gel combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of T2 DM with peptic ulcer is accurate and has few side effects.
