绝经期妇女的社区保健措施探讨

Discussion of Community Health Care Measures for Menopausal Women

目的探讨绝经期妇女的社区保健措施。方法将2018年01月至2019年01月期间我院收治的100例处于绝经期的妇女作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施社区保健护理。对比两组的生活质量和SAS,SDS评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组的生活质量评分更高,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SAS,SDS评分无明显差异,治疗后观察组患者的SAS,SDS评分明显低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用社区保健护理措施为绝经期妇女进行护理,可使其生活质量得到显著改善,缓解其不良情绪,使用价值高,值得推广。

Objective To probe into the community health care measures for menopausal women. Methods 100 cases of menopausal women and who treated in our hospital from January, 2018 to January,2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group were received routine nursing, while the observation group were received community health care. Then,the quality of life and SAS, SDS scores of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of life score in the observation group was higher, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups. After the treatment, the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The community health care measures provide care for menopausal women,which can significantly improve the quality of life, alleviate its bad mood, and it have high use value,thus it is worth promoting.
