维生素A水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染的探析

Vitamin A Level and Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

目的探讨维生素A与儿童反复呼吸道感染的关系。方法选取2018年10月至2019年3月在泰州某医院儿科反复呼吸道感染儿童及健康体检儿童共86例,分为RRI(反复呼吸道感染)组(n=40)和对照组(n=46),对两组进行血清维生素A数值测定比较。结果两组基线资料、性别及居住地比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),RRI(反复呼吸道感染)组小儿维生素A(VA)(0.23±0.05)水平明显低于对照组维生素A(VA)(0.39±0.04)水平,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素A水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染关系密切,对于儿童普查维生素A及适当补充维生素A,具有一定预防呼吸道感染的意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin A and recurrent respiratory tract infections in children.Methods From October 2018 to March 2019,86 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in pediatrics and healthy children were selected and divided into RRI(recurrent respiratory tract infections)group(n=40)and control group(n=46).Serum vitamin A values were measured and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in baseline data,sex and residence between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of vitamin A(VA)in RRI group was significantly lower than that in control group(0.39±0.04).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of vitamin A is closely related to children’s recurrent respiratory tract infections.It has certain significance in preventing respiratory tract infections for children’s general survey of vitamin A and proper supplementation of vitamin A.
