呼吸训练器配合个体化护理干预的效果研究

目的观察在使用三球式呼吸训练器的过程中配合个体化护理干预,对急性重症胰腺炎相关性肺损伤患者肺功能恢复的效果影响。方法在使用三球式呼吸训练器的患有急性重症胰腺炎相关性肺损伤的患者中,按方便抽样的方法筛选出80名患者,分为实验组40名,对照组40名。对照组采用传统护理指导模式,实验组在此基础上进行个体化的护理干预。10天后对比两组患者使用呼吸训练器的效果。结果实验组患者使用呼吸训练器的落实率、深吸气量和胸部CT形态学分级较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在三球式呼吸训练器的使用过程中配合个体化护理干预,充分发挥了三球式呼吸训练器的辅助康复功效,对急性重症胰腺炎患者受损肺功能恢复有积极的促进作用。

Objective To observe the effect of individualized nursing intervention during the use of three-ball respiratory trainer on the recovery of lung function in patients with acute severe pancreatitis associated with lung injury.Methods Among the patients with acute severe pancreatitis associated lung injury using three-ball breathing apparatus,80 patients were selected according to the convenient sampling method and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group used the traditional nursing guidance model,the experimental group on the basis of individualized nursing intervention.After 10 days,the effects of breathing trainers were compared between the two groups.Results The drop rate,deep inspiratory volume and chest CT morphological grading of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with individualized nursing intervention during the use of the three-ball breathing apparatus,the three-ball breathing apparatus has played a full role in assisting rehabilitation,and has a positive role in promoting the recovery of damaged lung function in patients with acute severe pancreatitis.
