特色护理对科室建设的影响

The Influence of Characteristic Nursing on the Construction of Department

目的评价具有儿科特色护理成果,分析对于科室建设的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月和2018年8月收治的患儿作为研究对象,根据特色护理开展的前后,将其分为观察组345例,对照组426例,比较两组患儿生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组比对照组生活质量和护理满意度更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科特色护理拉近了医患关系,改善了患儿就医质量,减少医患纠纷,提高了科室整体业务水平及医护人员技术水平,促进了医患关系的和谐发展,促进了科室建设的发展。

Objective To evaluate the nursing results with pediatric characteristics and analyze the influence on the department construction.Methods Children admitted to our hospital in January 2018 and August 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the characteristics of the nursing before and after the implementation,they were divided into the observation group of 345 cases and the control group of 426 cases,comparing the two groups of children’s quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in life quality and nursing satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The characteristic nursing of pediatrics brings closer the relationship between doctors and patients,improves the quality of medical treatment for children,reduces the disputes between doctors and patients,improves the overall business level of the department and the technical level of medical staff,promotes the harmonious development of the relationship between doctors and patients,and promotes the development of the construction of the department.
