阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗脑梗死的有效性和安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的分析研究阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法选取本院210例脑梗死患者开展本次研究,标本纳入时间范围为2018年12月至2019年07月,所有患者根据随机分配原则分组,分别为对照组和观察组,各105例。其中单独给予阿司匹林口服治疗的为对照组,阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗的为观察组,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果在治疗总有效率的比较上,观察组显著更高(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率的比较上,对照组高于观察组,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗脑梗死,能够在短时间内使患者脑梗死症状得到有效缓解,疗效确切,并且不会产生严重的不良反应,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 210 patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study. The time range of the specimens was from December 2018 to July 2019. All patients were divided into two groups by reference, which were reference group and study group, 105 cases each. Among them, the oral administration of aspirin alone was the reference group, and the aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate was used as the study group to compare the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results In the comparison of the total effective rate of treatment, the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05). In the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions, the reference group was higher than the study group, but the difference between the groups was not significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in the treatment of cerebral infarction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of cerebral infarction in a short period of time, and the curative effect is exact, and it will not cause serious adverse reactions, and has a promotion value.
