替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压病的疗效分析

Efficacy of Telmisartan combined with AmLodipine Besylate in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的探讨替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法选取门诊就医的原发性高血压病患者59例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组29例,给予替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗;对照组30例,给予替米沙坦治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗12周后,观察组及对照组患者SBP、DBP水平均低于治疗前水平,组间比较观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平可使原发性高血压病患者的血压控制更加理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of telmisartan combined with amLodipine Besylate in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods 59 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 29 cases in the observation group were treated with telmisartan combined with amLodipine Besylate and 30 cases in the control group were treated with telmisartan.To observe the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the two groups before and after treatment. Comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of SBP,DBP in the observation group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Telmisartan combined with amLodipine Besylate can improve the control of blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension.
