Application Progress of Umbilical Vein Catheterization in Premature Infants with NICU

本文综述了早产儿生理特点、脐静脉置管的优点以及如何预防并发症。在临床上对危重早产儿抢救时,脐静脉置管操作简便,避免多次进行外周静脉穿刺,可在一定程度上保护早产儿的外周血管,同时能够更快地提供营养支持,降低高浓度液体外渗现象的发生概率,为患儿提供安全有效的静脉通路,促进患儿的生长发育。

This paper reviews the physiological characteristics of premature infants,the advantages of umbilical vein catheterization and how to prevent complications.In clinic to rescue critically ill premature infants,umbilical vein catheter is simple,to avoid repeated peripheral venipuncture,can be to a certain extent,the protection of premature peripheral vascular,at the same time can provide nutritional support faster,reduce the probability of high concentration liquid leakage phenomenon,provide safe and effective venous pathway for children,promote children’s growth.
