神经内科老年患者压疮的危险因素分析及护理对策

Risk Factors of Pressure Ulcer in Elderly Patients in Neurology Department and Nursing Countermeasures

目的研究对神经内科老年患者压疮的危险因素分析和护理对策。方法针对对照组的病人实行一般护理法。对观察组中病人在一般护理上按照压疮的主要起因实施专项性护理法。结果21名带压疮的住院病人通过特殊护理,有18名压疮已痊愈,其余3名病人得到了缓解,对照组病人出现压疮概率大于观察组,病人对护理服务满意度低于观察组。结论对老年神经内科住院压疮病人按照压疮的危险因素应用监控管理和预见性护理方法,明显使病人压疮风险和发生概率变低,增强病人和家属的护理服务满意度。

Objective Study the risk factors analysis and nursing countermeasures of pressure ulcers in elderly patients in neurology department.Methods The patients in the control group were given general nursing care.Patients in the observation group in general nursing according to the main causes of pressure ulcers to implement a special nursing method.Results Of 21 inpatients with pressure ulcers through special care,18 pressure ulcers have been cured,the other three patients have been relieved,the probability of pressure ulcer in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,the patient satisfaction with the nursing service is lower than the observation group.Conclusion To discuss the application of monitoring management and predictive nursing method according to the risk factors of pressure ulcers in senile neurology inpatients,obviously reduce the risk and occurrence probability of pressure ulcers,enhance the nursing service satisfaction of patients and their families.
