肠杆菌科细菌感染的耐药性分析及分布特点 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析肠杆菌科细菌感染的耐药情况及其分布特点。方法纳入2017年1月至2018年12月临床分离的701株肠杆菌科细菌进行菌株鉴定与药敏试验,对试验结果进行分析。结果本次试验分离获得的肠杆菌科细菌中,肺炎克雷伯菌的株数最多,其次为大肠埃希菌与阴沟肠杆菌;分析各细菌来源发现,综合内科所分离的肠杆菌科细菌最多,其次为烧伤整形科、泌尿外科和肿瘤科;不同菌属对于多种药物耐药性差异较大;大肠埃希菌对于常见抗菌药物的耐药性更严重;本试验对15株亚胺培南、美罗培南单独或同时耐药细菌进行碳青霉烯酶检测,其中8株试验结果阳性。结论当前肠杆菌科细菌的感染主要包括肺炎克雷伯菌与大肠埃希菌,进行抗菌药物耐药检测,加强产碳青霉烯酶的肠杆菌科细菌监测,对于控制院内感染具有临床价值。 Objective To analyze the drug resistance and distribution characteristics of Enterobacteriaceae bacterial infections.Methods 701 clinical isolates of Enterobacteriaceae from January 2017 to December 2018 were included for bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test,and the results were analyzed.Results Among the Enterobacteriaceae bacteria isolated in this experiment,Klebsiella pneumoniae was the most,followed by Escherichia coli and Enterobacter cloacae.Analyzing the sources of the bacteria,it was found that the Enterobacteriaceae bacteria isolated from comprehensive internal medicine department were the most,followed by Burn Plastic Department,Urology Department and Oncology Department.Carbapenemase was detected in 15 strains of imipenem and meropenem resistant bacteria,8 of which were positive.Conclusion At present,the infection of Enterobacteriaceae mainly includes Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.Detection of antibiotic resistance and monitoring of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae are of clinical value in controlling nosocomial infection.
