青光眼并发白内障临床治疗研究

Clinical Treatment of Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract

目的分析青光眼并发白内障的临床治疗方法与效果。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2019年1月收治的青光眼并发白内障患者30例,将其根据不同治疗方法均分为实验组(15例,采用白内障超声乳化术结合小梁切除术治疗)和对照组(15例,采用常规方法治疗)。分析比较两组患者治疗后效果以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后实验组患者治疗有效率远高于对照组患者,且前者并发症发生率远低于后者,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论治疗青光眼并发白内障可选用白内障超声乳化术结合小梁切除术,此法可提升治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,整体疗效好,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment methods and effects of glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods Thirty patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group(15 cases treated by phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy)and control group(15 cases treated by conventional methods).The effect and complications of the two groups after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the former was much lower than that of the latter,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy can be used to treat glaucoma complicated with cataract.This method can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications,and has good overall effect.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
