疼痛护理在人工全膝关节置换术后康复锻炼中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Pain Nursing in Rehabilitation after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探究将疼痛护理措施应用在人工全膝关节置换术后康复锻炼中的影响效果。方法研究对象为河南省中医院(河南中医药大学第二附属医院)在近年来收治的人工全膝关节置换术患者共计80例,按照一定的分组原则将全部患者分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组患者有40例。给对照组患者在术后康复锻炼期间实施常规护理,对观察组患者实施疼痛护理干预措施。结果比较两组锻炼1周、锻炼3周疼痛评分,观察组均显著低于对照组,组间结果比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组膝关节康复优良率,观察组高于对照组,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将疼痛护理用于人工全膝关节置换术后康复锻炼中,能够取得理想的效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing measures on rehabilitation exercise after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 80 patients with total knee arthroplasty were admitted to Henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(second affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine)in recent years.According to certain grouping principles,all patients were divided into two groups:observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing during rehabilitation exercise after operation,and the patients in the observation group were given pain nursing intervention measures.Results The pain scores of the two groups after 1 week and 3 weeks of exercise were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the results between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the excellent and good rate of knee joint rehabilitation between the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,which had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing can achieve ideal results in rehabilitation exercise after total knee arthroplasty,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
