温经汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wenjing Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold Coagulation and Stasis Type

目的寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经是临床妇科中一种常见的疾病,给患者带来较大的痛苦,同时也会影响患者的正常生活秩序,导致患者生活、工作质量降低,本文研究温经汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效。方法将河南省中医院(河南中医药大学第二附属医院)在2018年7月至2019年7月期间收治的寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经病例共计100例作为研究对象纳入本研究中,所有患者按照随机的原则被分为各有50例患者的对照组和观察组。给对照组患者实施常规治疗方法,给观察组采用温经汤加减治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分上,与对照组比较,观察组患者的评分更低,两组间形成的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗总有效率上,与对照组比较,观察组明显更高,两组间形成的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者采用温经汤加减治疗,能够显著缓解患者的疾病症状,取得了较为理想的治疗效果,此方法是值得在临床中推广应用的。

Objective Primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is a common disease in clinical gynecology,which brings great pain to patients,but also affects the normal life order of patients,leading to the decline of the quality of life and work of patients.This paper studies the effect of Wenjing Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 100 cases of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type admitted to Henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(second affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine)from July 2018 to July 2019 were included in this study,all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Wenjing Decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,Wenjing Decoction can significantly alleviate the symptoms of the disease,and achieve a better therapeutic effect.This method is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
