骨科术后镇痛护理对患者康复的影响

Effect of Postoperative Analgesia Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients in Orthopedic Department

目的探讨对骨科患者实施术后镇痛护理对其术后康复所产生的影响效果。方法从本院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的骨科手术患者中选取100例为研究对象,按照手术时间的先后顺序进行编号,1-100号,其中1-50号患者为对照组,术后按照常规模式进行护理,51-100号患者加强术后镇痛护理,作为研究组,对比两组患者护理效果。结果以术后6h、24h、48h作为观察时点,分别进行疼痛评分,结果表明,研究组患者各个时点的疼痛评分均明显比对照组更低,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);进行两组患者住院时间对比,研究组比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科手术患者实施术后镇痛护理,有助于减轻患者的痛苦,促进患者机体康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of postoperative analgesia nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of orthopedic patients.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with orthopaedics were selected as the subjects of study.According to the order of operation time,100 patients were numbered,and the patients with No.1-50 were taken as the control group.The nursing was carried out according to the routine mode after operation.Patients 51-100 enhanced postoperative analgesia as the research group.And the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores were scored at 6 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation,and the results were as follows:The pain score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at each time point,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative analgesia nursing for orthopedic patients is helpful to alleviate the pain of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worth popularizing and applying.
